Wow! Conversational marketing leads to stunned silence…

John Battelle, the bright boy behind the excellent book "The Search" , has the best long post I’ve read in a long time. It’s rare that someone who works behind the scenes gives such an in-depth tour behind the curtain. Normally, I’d try to add something to the conversation. However, when someone says it all - both figuratively and literally - I don’t have anything of value to add. Sometimes in conversational marketing, you have to know when to keep your mouth shut.
