Time again to see what you most enjoyed last month. I’m testing out a new method to define “popularity,” which has led to an eclectic list. Let me know what you think in the comments.
- I don’t usually break news here on thinks, but apparently folks like it; my quick overview of Amazon launching TextBuyIt got viewed more than anything else this month.
- Book reviews remain popular, too, with both this list of the 12 most important business books of the last 10 years and my book review of Daniel Pink’s A Whole New Mind. Dan must be selling lots of copies, because it’s one of the top inbound search phrases, too.
- The ever popular Comparing Hosted Services For Small Business Websites remains, um, ever popular. Funny how that goes.
- New to the lineup is my examination of How Smart Companies Use Twitter and its companion piece asking what social networks work for you.
- Lists are always big. For example, my Favorite Reads, the best ecommerce and interactive marketing bloggers was popular, as were recent Small Business Ecommerce Link Digests.
- The 7 Keys to Successful Web Metrics proved very popular.
- My post Comparing Jimdo To Sitekreator, Webnode, Weebly and Wordpress continues to draw a crowd. And it’s accompanied now by the follow up post asking Who Should Build Your Website?
- My review of the Best Customer Service Story You’ll Ever Hear (starring Zappo’s) really packed them in.
- Finally, two posts to help you understand ecommerce and interactive marketing round out this list. The first looks at the fine line between connecting with customers and spam, while the second looks at What Karl Rove can teach you about marketing.
