One of the most popular pieces we’ve ever run here on thinks – and the one we get the most requests to update – compared hosted services for small businesses. Well, I’m pleased to announce we’re working on the long-awaited update and would love your help. If you’ve used any of the following tools, email us with your thoughts or post a comment on our original post and let us know how you use it and how it works for you. We plan to include a quote or two from current users in each capsule review.

What tools do we plan to look at?

We’ll be looking at each platform from the perspective of different types of small business sites and which work best for reaching your customers. Anything you’d like to see us cover? Is your favorite hosting tool missing? Let us know in the comments and we’ll try to add it to the list.

Time is running out to enter the thinks/ProStores E-commerce Makeover contest. Don’t miss your shot to win a free e-commerce makeover and six free months of ProStores service. Enter today!

How about BigCommerce.com? A hosted ecommerce platform that’s giving other hosted ecommerce solutions a run for their money :)

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for the comment. I’ve added BigCommerce.com to the list. What do you say, Big thinkers, do you want to hear more about BigCommerce?

What about Business Catalyst, just purchased by Adobe? I’m not sure I understand what’s different about it…
