Harry Beckwith's Selling the Invisible is a quick, enjoyable read detailing how best to market services. Very entertaining and enlightening. Just an outstanding book.

The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing - Adobe Reader Edition by Al Reis and Jack Trout is getting a little long in the tooth, but is still worth reading for anyone who needs to market their product or service. Obviously some of companies they talk about in the computer industry are now gone, and some of the companies whose marketing strategies they bash ended up OK, but their points are still valid today. Definitely a must read for anyone doing marketing.
